Does anyone know how long does it take to get the Google certificate if I want to promote my gambling website in the UK as an aggregator?

If I get the Google certificate I believe that I only can have my ad in the UK. Instead of choosing the UK as the destination country can I choose all countries and then exclude all the countries except the UK.

You mean to cheat google that you are going to market outside UK and then switch?

Never tried but even if it works, i doubt that's a long term method
