A reason affiliate stats might be so low - extreme affiliate lack of truth

As an affiliate for casino extreme I decided to test their trackers because for some reason i was getting alot of clicks but no sign ups and no deposits. I decided to make 2 deposits of $50 each in hopes that it would appear on my affiliate stats.

I was very surprises to find that neither deposit was tracked. The reason this deposit was not tracked according to Casino extreme affiliates is because I decided to play the flash version of the casino ( RTG ) and did not wait for the download version to complete.

The download of casino extreme is about 10kb a sec, compared to about 200kb a sec for all other rtg casinos. ( im on high speed ) so I decided to play the flash version.

When the stats did not show up, I decided to email the group.
and after asking twice why the stats had not shown the deposit this was their reply.

I have already emailed you explaining why deposits you made are not showing on your affiliate account.
The reason is your account is affiliated with somebody else's account and not yours.

This happened because you opened an account with Flash games of our website and not by downloading the Casino Software.
The Flash games are our personal property and anybody opening an account through them will be affiliated to us. ******


So can anybody help explain to me why flash versions are not tracked by this casino? And does it happen with other flash casinos as well?

I couldn't find it either and they define a customer:

("Customer" means your customers that use the link from your site to ours and open an account with us. By opening an account with us, they will become our Customers and, accordingly, all Casino Extreme rules, policies, and operating procedures will apply to them.)

That alone should cause your revenue share to kick in.

However, they alway have the "out clause:"

1.4 Modification We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site, which we will notify you of. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, and Profit Sharing Program rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE (WHICH WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF) WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

But if they had specifically denied profit from Flash Games, according to the above you shoud have been notified.

Maybe someone here at GPWA may know someone at casino extreme who can try and get you an honest answer - makes no sense to me either.

The "out close" is there in order to accept new written terms. If they dont state this in writing then it's nothing else then cheating afilliates of their comission.

I have found their tracking system to be the worst out there. I noticed that right away and stopped promotion of their casino. They know they are stealing players and do it without regard to being caught.

I would suggest not promoting Casino Extreme, personally.

Kwblue, but isn't this the case with most programs. It seems quite apparent most programs pick and choose which affiliate to scim. I don't trust any program 100% and their pseudoscientific reporting. I have several tracking programs, one which is very good. One program over a two year span tells me 6000 clicks 250 downloads. Commission earned to date $50.00.

What is the secrete for them to do otherwise. Must we/I "jump into bed" with some. Am I just dreaming this up or does it take throwing out my integrity to get anywhere.

Casino exteme has not returned my reply email asking them about it, i believe it might be a good idea to direct them to this thread to get them to reply to everybody who is concerned about stats.

I believe that some affiliates are honest but even with that said, i have never understood an affiliate program like " casino rewards " who seem to generate alot of clicks but no deposits or at least signups. Just in aww of the who lack of trust in the buisness right now.

I sent Casino Extreme an e-mail telling them that people are talking over at the GPWA about your affiliate stats software. I provided them with the link to this post, and requested one of their managers to check out the link and provide us with some assurance that their affiliate tracking software is honest and secure.

I will keep you updated if I receive an e-mail back from them.
