I think what you are reffering to is called Latent Semantic Indexing, more commonly known as the abbreviated LSI.
Correct me if it was something else...

I realised when I read a few of the posters other threads that he was just posting questions from an SEO quiz... bloody spammers!!

you dont need any technology, you can do it within google itself
