-1 on customers/new depositors

I think the problem has been discussed before and I think it happened to me at some point in the past, but here we go again.

Account inactive (for only a week, I've decided in agreement with bet365 to make this account inactive because I don't plan to use it anymore). Today I see this:


I don't suspect any wrong doing from bet365, but with their affiliate program, is hard to understand what that means (today, not tomorrow), aside from the fact that I am (or will be) pretty much f**ed.

Any opinions?

Fraudulent activity? Why should I be responsible? They should triple check someone before letting him/her play. I have no control over the customers I send, and this one is an old one - I know from the link tracking.

I dont think it would be saying you are responsible. If someone has signed up using stolen details and they report it, it may take a while to find where the details have been used. I may be wrong and it may not be that

Could be a suspended player? Or someone won big time and just wiped their account and took off with the money? I have no idea because I do not bet
It's not a "win" because it looks like a suspended/deleted account.

And because it is OLD, those stats should be already in my balance. It's like a double loss. I have no idea what it is, maybe we can try to persuade bet365 to upgrade the affiliate software. Oh, wait...

It happens every few weeks to me. First time I asked and they told me it is like their insurance against a chargeback that just started. I was told that if the chargeback will be unsuccessfull - which is most of the times - the money will be returned to me.

Just let it go, my 2 cents.

I also apologised that I delivered them shitplayer and they told me not to worry that this is normal.

And a chargeback is usually done after a loss. However, this being an old player, I already lost or won everything he played, so the figures are more statistical than real. I understand what you mean, I hope you understand what I mean

This looks like a big / long term player has been suspended. When they are suspended their stats are "reversed" out of Bet365's system.
I don't quite understand why this is - but it is.

The suspension can be for any number of reasons - credit card fraud, suspicious gambling, or even just the player deciding to opt out of betting.
And I guess these days with more focus on problem gambling - it might also be if bet365 have detected a potential problem gambler.

This suspension has happening on my stats about 10-12 times, in all cases the issue is resolved - there was no loss to bet365 - and you get credit for the stats.

But depending on the situation (eg if there is a disputed credit card or potential for such) then the negative can hand around for up to six months.

I totally disagree. This is not something that bet365 would do. They have no reason to do that. Maybe small bookies do this kind of ****.

Thank for the input. I know for sure this player is OLD, because I haven't sent any traffic to this account in years (at least 5). Looking at his stats, overall, he is a winner.

I haven't posted all stats, but he won 16k in sports, 2k in casinos and lost 2k at bingo. The question which arises is this:
Why am I seeing double ? Since he's an old player, these figures should be already in my account.

So I think Sherlock might be right and it's probably something automatic, like an "ongoing chargeback process".

I don't think he won 16k Saturday and decided to "delete" his account. He can just withdraw the money. They have deducted all his deposits, bets, all of it. So it's a suspension but I will find the reason today, hopefully.

This is not an "affiliate fraud", it's a customer fraud and it should be taken care of by bet365. It's not related to the affiliate in any way.

It happens often when they are investigating some player, usually numbers are put back after few days.

By the way, is it only me seeing 0 clicks for Saturday and Sunday? All other stats are OK.

Why speculate?. Just ask your affiliate manager for an explanation and report back.

No - he's clearly a losing player. That why when he's reversed out of the stats all the numbers turn negative.
But as people have said - talk to your bet365 AM - they'll have real information.
