A hefty prison sentence if received but in reality the prosecution always goes for the max and in reality after plea bargains, the judge and jury the real sentence will be around 4 years.

To be honest i have no sympathy with hackers. I wish they would get this Russian (jimmy@hotmail) idiot who tries (unsuccessfully) to get in your backend!

Even i would offer to stick the needle in or pull the trigger.
