Who is the manager at the Palace VIP Casino? They don't pay and ignore affiliates
I've been promoting Palace VIP Casino for some time now, but they didn't pay me since 6 months ago.
Palace Vip Casino has its own web page at http://affiliates.palacevipcasino.com with some details for them.
I have wrote five (5) emails to palacevipcasino.affiliation@gmail.com since March-April 2012 but I didn't take any answer from them.
Finally I have searched in Google and I have also found that AFFCLUB represent PALACE VIP CASINO.
I have sended an email to affiliates@affclub.com and I ve got the following answer:
2012/6/22 <affiliates@affclub.com>
"Dear Sir, Thank you for contacting the Affclub Affiliates team.
We have the affiliate program for Palace VIP Casino. You can promote Palace VIP Casino by registering with us. We invite you to join our affiliate program please complete the online registration form on our website https://www.affclub.com/join_<wbr>now/registration.do
If you have further questions and/or concerns, we will be glad to assist you.
Sincerely,
Santosh
Affclub Affiliates team
www.affclub.com
affiliates@affclub.com
Then I've sended a new email telling "Santosh" from Affclub Affiliates team the problem, about my payment.
I have received a new email from AFFCLUB with this answer:
2012/7/26 <affiliates@affclub.com>
"Hi Savas, I apologize for the mistake in previous mail. VIP Palace is no longer our brand, we stopped promoting it. If you have further questions and/or concerns, we will be glad to assist you. Sincerely,
Santosh
Affclub Affiliates team"
www.affclub.com
affiliates@affclub.com
Curiously, at this page https://www.affclub.com/brands.do , where ever they exist all represent brands of AFFCLUB includes also the Palace VIP Casino even for today.
........
........
"Palace VIP Casino is appropriately named, ............................and it is continuously making its mark as a leader in the online casino world. A VIP treatment from a VIP Casino."
FINALLY WHO REPRESENTS PALACE VIP CASINO?
I wonder if someone's facing the same problem with them !!
I will appreciate, if someone could give me some information about it !!
Many thanks
Savas

This contact may be out of date but the marketing agency that used to run IOG/affclub is this: http://www.imintermedia.com
...interestingly, researching palacevipcasino on robtex.com yields connections to sites with "igmdnsgib.com" (eg. "iglobalmedia dns gibraltar"). Using their "whois" information you could give them a call in Gibraltar...

just list them as rogue and share your information on all the main affiliate forums so other affiliates don't find out the hard way.

Just today the Affclub has decided to remove from the page https://www.affclub.com/brands.do all advertising for the PALACE VIP CLUB.
The funny thing is that : they have forgotten to remove the relevant text from the page http://www.palacevipcasino.com/english/usd/support.html

Hi everyone,
Thought I'd jump in here in the aim to calm things down a little.
It should be noted first of all that no-one at AffClub has been ignoring the affiliate above, Savas. We have had many emails about this issue to try and help with the situation - and generally have a good relationship with Savas
As was explained in the emails, PalaceVIP was a white label of ours from a long time ago and has not been in operation for a few years now.
The people at PalaceVIP have always been responsible for their marketing and affiliates and is out of the hands of AffClub. The group that ran PalaceVIP are no longer together and therefore this is no-one really left to claim payments from. I appreciate that that is annoying and doesn't help those who claim to be owed money from them. Unfortunately promoting small brands does run the risk that these brands may close and will have repercussions for those who promote them.
On a side note, we have actually been requesting many times to have the PalaceVIP logo removed from AffClub for a while now but frustratingly it did take longer than expected to have it removed... Following this thread we have also had the info that talks about promoting PalaceVIP, on the PalaceVIP website, finally removed to avoid future issues like this occurring.
I hope the above helps explain things a little further.
Thanks
Richard

Actually, the help and efforts from Richard is true. I thank him for his interest. This does not change the whole scene on the problem that exists with the affiliate support from the PALACE VIP CASINO.
Apparently after the intervention of Richard
, PALACE VIP CASINO owners was changing the affiliate policy :
As we can see at :
http://www.palacevipcasino.com/english/usd/support.html
"PALACE VIP CASINO Affiliate Marketing"
Unfortunately we are no longer promoting PalaceVIP Casino through affiliates"
....................
All this is a big joke !! PLEASE, WARNING!

Palace VIP casino still have a link at the bottom to their affiliate program and a signup form.
This whole story is as fishy as it gets.
