Skrill restriced my account?

Skrill restricted my account for security reason but i dont understand this why.. i have 115 euros balance.. i write message and my case status is write Resolved but i cant read message.. i cant open ticket. when i try open new ticket their system automaticly closed my case ticket.. How can i resolve my problem.. ? Anybody Skrill manager here?
