stats down

Yeah, just run a player report and that's now showing something which it wasn't earlier - but still got zeros in the commission column which doesn't seem right so I'll drop them an email.

The affiliate system also runs painfully slow for me here to the point that I often given up before it's presented any numbers.

It definitely runs ridiculously slow relative to other income access programs. Definitely worth an email regarding the zeros in commission. I'd also check the commission rate that you're set to. Historically, when that is "adjusted", the activity does not matriculate to the commission column.

Coral stats updates have become drastically slow since they merged programs with Ladbrokes

Apparently stats weren't down, it was just no activity on my account mainly caused by Coral being down for maintenance. I can't disprove that.

I think it was Friday and Saturday for about 48 hours.

Are you seeing anything in the stats now? I am showing activity for those days.

Yes, seems ok again now. I asked my account manager how long Coral was down for, but he hasn't replied yet.

I'm interested in knowing that answer, as I find it impossible to believe they'd be offline for maintenance of any sort (for more than a few minutes in the middle of the night).

I'm sure its only maintenance work and nothing else, Shay. Some things do take time to do. This has happened to me before.

I'm just saying my stats show no sign of maintenance meaning that I see nothing that suggests activity on those days were "light". Basically, sharing information I have so that we can keep the honest people honest... LOL

Well he hasn't replied yet, which is no surprise. These people are salesman more than affiliate managers, and I guess I've already been sold to. Here is what he said on my last Skype message when I questioned the stats.. This was yesterday (Monday).

don't forget site was down for maintenance since Friday
