Anyone promoting online lotto?

What are your experiences with the different programs:
Wintrillions/Lottoelite
TheLotter
Lottoland
MyLotto

Wintrillions: no experience, based on the stories I decided to not work with them.
The Lotter: the most saturated brand of course, but they do well, pay on time and reply when I ask them something.
Lottoland: no experience with them. Tried to work with them, but it took long before an account was approved, no reaction to e-mails, etc.
My Lotto: they have a good product. I work with them and they do quite well. Contact with them is not that good after we had a discussion about a deal when they launched their product. They offered a flat fee, but they basically paid it with Lotter-commission from old customers. Wasn't fair of them in my opinion.

MyLotto can’t pay affiliates in the USA I recently discovered.

I checked the T+C's for Lottoland yesterday. Their affiliate website says "lifetime revenue", but the T+C's here: http://accounts.lottolandaffiliates....conditions.asp 6.7 and 6.8 said players will be de-tagged if they do not log in for 3 months, and ALL players will be de-tagged after 24 months.
So I sent them an email about this, and today I checked the T+C's again, using the link from their homepage www.lottolandaffiliates.com, and I see a different set of T+C's where those paragraphs are missing. And the T+Cs that I found the day before in the accounts backend have disappeared.
No answer to my email yet.

Tried Lottoland last year but they went MIA and my user/pass no longer works and they never reply to e-mails.

The Health Lottery did well on a few of our media (non casino) sites when we had skyscrapers. Whatever you do, avoid Multilotto LOL

Just found out that Lottoelite/Wintrillions seem to have a new owner. It used to be Ledonford Malta for the affiliate program, not sure which license the lotto site itself was operating under. But now it is Legacy Eight Malta for the affiliate program, and the lotto site itself is owned by Legacy Eight Curacao. Hmm... Curacao gambling license, go figure.
