Best affiliate company?

Hey everybody,
Recently my company started dealing with gaming affiliate sites. After some effort we finally got to the point where we produce around 5-10 casino players daily. We're now looking for better deals, which company do you think can produce the most profitable casino deals for me (of course my choice will take into account how they convert * how much they pay per player). We produce around 1000-2000 gambling related visitors from organic traffic so I need to cover deals from all around the world (US/Europe/Far East etc'). Until now I found it difficult finding a descent company in which I can trust as well as convert well. What are your suggestions?

Reading on here, or chatting with other affiliates, you're going to find that different programs convert and perform very differently for different affiliates. The key is to understand your traffic and your needs as an affiliate (content, promotions, CPA vs. rev-share, etc.).
