I wonder if someone can help me?

I'm doing some freelance work where I need to get in touch with Slovakian gaming/sport affiliate sites and I've come across a few people telling me that as of the 1st September there has been some changes to Slovakian law for promoting gaming/betting online.

I feel really dumb now as I have no idea that there was a change in the law

Apparently as of the 1st September 2011 any operator who wants to promote in Slovakia needs a certain new licence or the site advertising the operator could face a fine.

I've tried searching a few threads and the WWW but can't find anything that's explaining the new law or licence properly. The info I had is from a few replies and I've not had anything official to confirm these reports.

Just wondered if anyone here can help or at least shed any light on what I need to search for to find this info?
