I posted here for a while mid-2025 around the launch of my site www.freespins.casino (not currently hosted). We built a pretty comprehensive site, mainly crypto casino focused. I also successfully attained the trademark 'freespins' (one word) in the UK (trademark number: UK00004240295) which can be transferred to the buyer.

Ultimately we didn't see much traffic / success with the site, and I run several non-iGaming affiliate sites which took off at the start of this year and are currently my full time job. I don't have any time left for this site, so I sunset it, and I'm looking to sell as domain name + trademark.

Also I had some luck towards getting the @freespins handle on X, it was squatted and unused for many years and X agreed we were the rightful trademark holders (can provide the email) and removed the account, but we didn't get further than this. Could be worth pursuing.

Happy to answer any more info, it's an exact-match keyword domain and trademark in one of the best terms in the industry, for someone who knows iGaming better than me it could be a serious asset.

Edit - The trademark is: "Class 35 - Affiliate marketing;Referral marketing;Promotion, advertising and marketing of on-line websites;Online marketing.".

Edit 2: It's currently a DR 4.8 domain, a few decent backlinks including Hackernoon, Gambling911, UltimateCapper, etc.

so u bought a TM and didn't enforce it ? weird play.

i'd have thought it's GTO to go seize all those freespins uk domains and 301 them to your mother ship b4 retiring.

Good question! I actually did go for the .co.uk TLD but on certain country-level TLDs it's not enforceable by default unfortunately, even if it's clear it's just a domain reseller squatting the target domain. I didn't have the time / budget to retry on appeal and it coincided with the takeoff of my other sites so this has become a bit low priority for me.

But yes, definitely someone with the budget, time, and willpower could enforce this TM + use the domain to their advantage!

Trademark is secondary if someone wants it. The domain is exact match KW + .casino, that's what's for sale.

I see the domain is for sale on godaddy for $16,999, that is wild. Also, the trademark seems completely pointless as you have just joined up 2 words, which could still be used by competitors separately.

If someone offers you $100 bucks for the lot mate, i would bite their hand off...
