Over the past several years, we’ve been working with Betwinner after they approached us requesting to be listed on our network. We provided our standard terms, they agreed to them, and they formally accepted our IO.
The deal was clear and straightforward: 40% flat revenue share for life, with no minimum FTD requirements or other hidden clauses that could block payments. Everything was transparent, and we operated under those conditions for years without issues.
Unfortunately, this changed recently. Betwinner refused to pay our four-figure September commission, claiming a minimum player requirement - something that was never part of our agreement. When I contacted our affiliate manager (the same representative who originally negotiated and confirmed the deal), he acknowledged that we should receive the payment and promised to escalate it internally. However, after checking with management, he came back saying the decision was final and that “these are our terms,” completely ignoring the written agreement we had in place.
It’s extremely disappointing to see Betwinner unilaterally rewrite the deal simply because they control the payout. This type of behavior damages trust across the industry and puts partners at risk.
For now, we are blacklisting Betwinner across our network, and I recommend others proceed with caution. Even if you have a written agreement or email correspondence confirming your deal, there is a real possibility they may choose not to honor it when payments are due.
Sharing this here so others can be aware and avoid finding themselves in a similar situation!
