    Default Key success factors of a newsletter

    I am planning to offer a newsletter to the visitors of our websites. I would be very grateful to get some useful tips, some Do's and Don'ts, about how to make and maintain a good newsletter in our business.

    I think the message needs to be clear and concise - keep the newsletter informative yet as short as possible because if a player reads a wall of text, they will get put off.

    I believe that keep just summaries to articles short with links to your site stating "Read more - Click Here".
