My question is do you get spammed and what do you do about it? Do you just disavow and hope for the best? Thanks in advance.

Thanks. I figured that's all I can do. But the bad juice will not go away until Google recrawls it with sucks bad lol

Are you feeling any affects? i typically disvow but cant really say i notice the negative affects,

Yes it effected my site hard. Some of the older spam I found not in this report of the 1600 French links was also to blame. I think it takes about a month to start to pass the toxic juice.
