Hi,

someone received a payment of Stanjames affiliates?, I emailed to support and no one written off

OK maybe it can only delay, I got the answer from support: All payments for September are being issued today.

Give them a chance! Payments can take a few days. Stan James' speed of payments have been excellent for a couple of years now and they are a firm you can trust.

while there is a thread about Stan James im going to highjack it

In my stats it shows sign up but never anything for 1st time depositors. Not a major issue but would be nice if that stat was working for me just on an interest level

Yes it is an annoying bug in their system but, as I am sure you know, this bug only appears on the home page "quick stats" and the actual depositors are apparent if you drill down and find the player stats.

On the "summary report", while the "New Depositing Acc" is also always zero, i guess the "New Accounts" are the new depositors - at least that is what I assume, as that figure is always lower than total registrations.

Certainly would help if they just mended the bug.

Stan James has issued all payments for September 2012, and payment will be received by affiliates today or tomorrow, based on individual bank releases.

@justbookies – regarding your comment on deposit data, we have good news J A lack of deposit data in the Stan James program is not a bug; rather, Income Access is not currently sent deposit data which is why you will not see first deposit, new deposit or deposit related data in the reporting. This has been proactively identified by the Stan James team as important to affiliates and we are working together towards the potential of getting this integrated.

To clarify, ‘New Accounts’ are defined as the number of players who have registered and generated their first sales activity (deposit, revenue, wagers, etc…) in the period you are running the report for.
