Just to clarify - is the £200k guarantee a guarantee of the minimum value of the jackpot, or a guarantee that someone will win £200k? (eg: if no-one wins it'll roll down to the closest match).

I'm guessing it's the former, but the language is a bit ambiguous (eg: "The new ‘Pick 6’ game guarantees a £200,000 Football Jackpot every week" makes it sound like you're giving away £200k every week regardless).

You are right – there is no certainty that someone(s) will win 200k every week, but the bet will guarantee that this is the min amount available to be won every week, should someone(s) get all scores correct. I think if it was presented as "200k will be won every week" or "200k must be won every week" or similar, it would be misleading.

Thanks for your feedback however, which is much appreciated and we are looking at our marketing straplines generally. We are aware of "jackpot" guarantees promoted by other operators which are not quite what they seem when you look at the small print and we don’t want to fall into that category.

The guarantee on this weekly bet is a total of £200k. This is made up of £100k for picking the correct six scores, plus a further £100k (the bonus prize) available to players getting 6 out of 6 in week 1, should they successfully predict the score of a single match the following week. These are day one minimum guarantees – like most pool bets these two 100k prize funds will roll and grow if they are not won.
