Went onto google webmaster tools this morning and 9 of my sites vanished off it with only 2 remaining!! of which one is an old blog. Has this happened to anybody else? The sites are still showing in Google analytics, I am really puzzled by this. They were all there at the beginning of last week.

Hi
There is no possibility for domains to vanish, wrong login as mentioned before can be the reason. You cannot be as much penalised that your domains will dissappear from GWT

Hi Elgoog, thanks for this, haha, yup it could have been the case, as I have done this before. But on checking realized in my favorite's and automated. I have picked up it might have something to do with google+.
