Today I wanted to logon but my account seems to be locked, never had an issue. Are there website updates so that I have to wait ?

Does it say locked or just the login doesn't work with your username and password? I've been trying to login since Sep/Oct last year without success. Tried across various browsers, ISPs, countries and computers. They tell me the username and password works at their end.

I dropped the ball for a few weeks and sent a reminder last week. Haven't heard back from Desmund though.

We've been having some authentication issues for the past day or so on Star Partner and we have picked that one of the processes mainly to do with
account protection that we put in place for eCORGA's compliance has been acting up.

Not all affiliates have been affected by this and I do apologize to all that have been land for any inconvenience caused as a result, our developers are currently working on having the problem resolved as quickly as possible.

My team are currently tending to any and all requests as they come in to have
accounts unlocked as quickly as possible.

Your particular case still baffles me.

As you say we've tested everything from our side and can log in to your account, I am not sure what more we can do, aside from possibly opening
a new for you and merging the old into the new one.
