Hi guys,

I was just wondering if anybody had had any recent contact with Flytonic, in terms of customer support?

I'm hoping to use a couple of their themes for my hobby project, but all of their website updates seem to end circa 2016!

Don't want to dive in with both feet if they have disappeared off the face of the earth....

They bought out a new theme a few months ago and several last year? Have a look at the support forum on their website, they are pretty decent

Hi Everyone, I bought the wp-casino theme from Flytonic and I've found a few issues that need resolved. I sent them screenshots with the bugs two days ago now and I've not heard anything back. Does anyone else have any experience with them? Or any other way to get in touch with them?

We've put time aside this week to get our site done so if they don't get back to us we may have to look for another theme. Any reccomendations would be most appreciated. I got quick feedback from Polka Theme and Vegas Hero, but I can't decide what one to go with?

Give them chance.............2 days is hardly a long time, any issue I have had they have always got back to me

Hey Don,

In the past year, they acquired a plugin of tables (Casino Review Plugin), which can be integrated into any WordPress theme. The old themes have a lot of problems – just hire a programmer and he’ll solve all the issues for you.

I like more Vegas Hero theme based on the design.
