Total Affiliates takes over mainstreet, explains a lot

Dear Affiliates,
We would like to inform you that as of December 1st 2025 Total Affiliates will take control of 4 brands previously of Mainstreet Affiliates:

What does this mean for you?

1. Your Mainstreet affiliate account will remain active in the Mainstreet affiliate system until January 31st 2026

2. February 1st 2026 the 4 brands will move to Total Affiliates system and from this date you will only be able to manage your Mainstreet affiliate account in Total Affiliates system

3. All previous earnings up until the end of November 30th 2025 are the responsibility of the previous Mainstreet group

4. All new earnings from December 1st 2025 will be the responsibility of Total Affiliates

5. Your players, tracking links and campaigns will transfer to Total Affiliates system, so you will continue to earn from your existing players and your new traffic

6. Your current affiliate revenue share % will remain the same in the Mainstreet program until January 31st 2026

7. When the system switches to Total Affiliates your revenue share will be calculated slightly differently using: Deposits - Withdrawals - Chargebacks - Refunds x RS% = Earnings
No negative carry over
No bundling
Total Affiliate terms

8. Total Affiliates may contact you to discuss previous and future deals

9. You will NOT have to update your affiliate tracking links, but we do advise that over time you update them to the URLs provided in Total Affiliates system

10. When the switch is made to Total Affiliates on February 1st 2026 there will be no existing Mainstreet data/reports in Total Affiliates system. The system will start fresh. Therefore, we urge you to download any old data/reports that you may need from Mainstreet Affiliates before January 31st 2026 when the Mainstreet Affiliates program will be switched off

I received the same email. I don't know why exactly this is what is expected to happen, but I'm hoping it doesn't come to this conclusion with them. Only recently they changed their affiliates team and they have a new crew now.

I also saw it just now.
They clearly state - and even highlight the following:

“5. Your players, tracking links and campaigns will transfer to the Total Affiliates system, so you will continue to earn from your existing players and your new traffic.”

They’ve also ensured that the old tracking links will continue to function, which makes everything look fair and transparent. The migration appears to be handled properly and by the book.

My only concern is the vague comment they made regarding the deal itself. I really hope they don’t try to change the commercial terms or play around with it, because that would be completely unfair.

Now I understand why there were reports of a handful of strange things seen in the payment and ledger reports.

I wonder how payments or revenue below the payment threshold owed by the "old group" will be handled. I do know there were some folks sitting in that spot at the end of November (which appears to be the cutoff date)

I hope this gets worked out correctly for everyone affected.

I am confident Total will handle the transition well, and if there are minor issues, they will likely work hard to make it right. (less faith in the "old group" sadly ) even though they did have a decent rep overall through the years.

If there’s one thing I can say about Mainstreet, it’s that they have always been honest, friendly, communicative, and consistently on time with payments. I think it’s important to acknowledge that as well!

I guess this explains why they haven't gotten back to me [emails] about my Mainstreet account. I do trust Total Affiliates, though. I just hope I can get to my Mainstreet account before it goes bye-bye.

They gave me a hard time for a bit then sent me a payment of last 3 cycles i did not k now i didnt get... that was before the total announcement.

That's not great news for me. I'm just hoping to even get a response at this point. Not sure why they would give anyone a hard time for their already earned commissions, though. that's not awesome.

Thanks for that - I did get a hold of them.. sounds like they aren't going to give me access to my 2 accounts, though I guess I could re-register one of the two sites, get access to that email address and then they would reset it. But they already sent a reset to both domains and one is taken - so I guess that person will have access to my account instead of me??

Seems really stupid. Yes, also I'm frustrated.

I started a couple years ago changing my emails on my affiliate accounts to a gmail account I control .You could ask the person who bought your domain to help you with the access then communicate to the program about a new email .I did a lot of this when we bought Gamtrak as they had hundreds of accounts linked to the domain name.

I'll try contacting them. I think the person's top domain is: top-onlinecasinos.org (Korean).

I'll just have to re-register the other domain, which sucks since I hate adding costs.
