    Default Flat fee sponsorship

For the first time i heard about Flat fee sponsorship on GPWA forum.
Now I ask for this to one partner and it seems that I will get this offer.
My question is What price I am looking at? How can I know if the price is right or not.
If anybody has this deal with a partner affiliate for the top positions of your sites, how much do you ask for?

That entirely depends on your traffic, on how many players you might send, how much you want, how much they are willing to give, and are they are worthy long term partner.

There's no magic number, each individual asks for a different price depending on how much he/she thinks her site is worth or how much it can deliver. Remember that if the sponsorship is about your best spots, and you have to take your top performer down, so you put up the sponsor you have to take into account that the sponsor might not convert at all, so your flat fee better cover those losses as well.

What I do is I base it on how much players I think I can send, say 20 a month so if I ask for 500 GBP, that's like a CPA of 25 GBP per player, which seems pretty good. Once again it depends on what you can actually deliver, and what the book is willing to give.

My first flat fee was for 500 a month for 3 months. The site was getting around 20k uv a month, and my goal was to send them around 10 players a month, they asked for a minimum of 5. Considering I took my top performer down for them I believe it was a fair price. I asked for everything upfront as well. If it was month by month I'd ask for more.

Prioritize brands by one factor, and one factor only, Earnings Per Click.

Ask for around £500-£1000 for number 1 spot in addition to your regular deal. However, state to them what you're average EPC is for Number 1 spot, and say that if they are lower, are they prepared to top up the difference in the first month?
