BSpot Casino (now Horseplay) classification
Hello,
I am curious to know if anyone here works with BSpot Casino how you have them classified on your site - as a casino or as a sportsbook? Overall I am confused with their business model. It seems that they own a horse racing license as a loophole to be available in more US states that are not yet licensed for casino. We have them under our casino cluster but I was curious to hear what other people did and what's your overall experience with them.
Cheers!

Horse racing slots (parimutuel-based) are an interesting workaround category..they're legally distinct from standard online slots because outcomes are settled against real historical or live race results rather than an RNG, which is exactly why operators can offer them in states where online casino games are otherwise restricted. Still a niche category but worth understanding if you're evaluating "why can this operator serve my state when others can't."
