Default Payment From Ladbrokes - Score Affiliates

    Hello everyone

I was wondering if anyone has experience with being paid by Score Affiliates to a UK bank account.

Quick history lesson - This is my first month being paid by Ladbrokes since they moved to income access. I filled my payment details in at the end of last month, up until then the payment details where blank.

On the 3rd or 4th of this month, the payment balance tab updated and it said I was due to be paid via "Envoy" which I had never heard of.

I entered my UK bank details into the system so I can only assume that "Envoy" is some kind of middle man.

Anyway, this morning the payment balance report was updated again and it's saying I was paid yesterday (15th of August)

Trouble is I've checked my bank and nothing has gone in. So here is my question that I'm really hoping someone can help me out with:

How long does it take to actually get the money? Is there a time delay between the date Ladbrokes say you where paid (via Envoy) and the date you actually see the money in your bank?

Thanks to anyone that can help

I don't know because I haven't earned anything yet, but I presume it will take 3-5 to get from their end to you. When Google pay me, it is always about 3 days after my account shows it as being paid, so I wouldn't worry just yet. The weekend will slow it down some more, so probably Tuesday or Wednesday.

Thank you to both of you for your answers.

I was hoping that someone who has actually been paid by Ladbrokes in the same way that I describe above (via Envoy) would be able to give me their experiences.

    Hi MontyBa,

From what I gathered, Envoy offers services pertaining to money transfer and payments. They are registered in the UK. One interesting thing though is that they offer a range of payment options including bank transfers, e-wallets, cash vouchers and prepaid cards.

As TheMoonCheese and F-L-C have stated it does take a few days for the money to land into your bank account. I would say, if the payment was processed on August 15th, you should normally receive it by next Tuesday or Wednesday.

Going back to the above, I could suggest that if the wire to your bank account takes too long in your opinion, you might want to check with Ladbrokes if they can get Envoy to pay you via e-wallet instead (since they do offer the service as per their website) if that would be more convenient for you.

    Hi

Both BetVictor and Sporting Bet pay affiliates via Envoy.

Yes - we get paid by Ladbrokes via Envoy into a London account.

However, I don't follow it's progress step-by-step and can only tell you that it tends to arrive in the account between the 20th and the 30th of the month. This year it's been 18th, 22nd, 22nd and 30th so far.

Best bet is to give a conservative estimate and assume payment will take till the 25th or later. It's tricky for an account manager to chase up a payment until it's certain that the payment has not arrived (and that it's not just a delay from your bank). If by next Monday the payment hasn't shown up, contact your account manager.
