Being an affiliate for regulated new jersey online gambling ?

Below is a list of all regulated / legal online gambling sites for people to play in....in new jersey.

Anybody know if being an affiliate for them ...and promoting them is 'ok' ? Such little talk about the subject...

or basically i'm askin, do any of the below have affiliate programs that accepts u.s. webmasters?

I was personally blown away that so many of the online casino companies these land-based casinos are using....are actual online gambling sites that have been in business offshore for many years now.

and what's hillarious is....I remember initially when they first introduced the law, they were all 'tough talking' how their online casino sites are going to be completely reputable and regulalated....not like current shady off-shore gambling sites. (their words, not mine) And waddya know, they end up using these established sites anyway.

Anybody from this "legal" casino have affiliate program that pay RevShare?

I hear, that if you want to work with "Legal NJ Casinos" you must pay fee ~$250.000
Is it true or not? Thanks.

yup, kind of the same reason why I asked. Since it seems the NJ casinos all went the 'offshore' route...I doubt the offshore guys would care.

would love some clarity here.

I'd also like to know which do 'Revshare' before signing up.

I haven't looked at all the sites, but the betfaircasino one, I did not see an affiliate program listed on their page. Maybe their doing it deliberately to prevent us from promoting? i dunno.

For revenue sharing it's a $2,000 fee and an extremely invasive and intrusive application process, with no guarantee of being approved. It's also not a one time fee either. I'm not aware of any information about CPA, or about any affiliate program of any kind even existing yet.

thanks for that. yea, NJ's such an idiotic state....very few people will apply for it since most will go directly to the official sites listed by the state anyway.

Just to promote, to get NJ customers, and to hope to get signups....plus and a piece of the pie (commissions)...for $2,000...? plus a million documents to fill out ? forgetabouddit.

Their stupidly strict with everything upfront.... but eventually learn and lower the requirements. same thing with medical marijuana in their state.

Hi All,

I have been active on the NJ front over the past few months, and hope to give some clarification on the current state of NJ when it comes to affiliates. There are currently two types of licensing affiliates could acquire in NJ:

1) Vendor License: essentially this license allows affiliates to work with casinos in a flat fee capacity (Send me an email and I'd be happy to forward the form). Affiliates must submit the VRF for to a Casino to submit to the DGE, and must also submit a supplementary form themselves to the DGE.

2) Ancillary License: This will allow affiliates to earn Rev Share or CPA. This does come with a $2000, and you need to fill out forms 30A, 31A, 32A, and 36 found here: http://www.nj.gov/lps/ge/forms.html

I tried calling Trump Plaza myself, to get direct human support / and general questions regarding their online gambling aspect....and they knew absolutely nothing about it, and refer all inquires to betfaircasino.com . Their completely dishing everything off to another country for their online gambling support....when years ago they considered these offshore establishments 'cheaters', 'illegal' , 'unreliable'.

betfaircasino.com support was awesome though...and they responded in less than 2 hours and answered thoroughly. They even mentioned how you could open an account from any state...but in order to gamble online legally, the wifi tower in which your connected from...must physically be from NJ. So you can be in ur car coming from NY / PA , wherever....and legally gamble online like that. In the parking lot, motel, etc.
