Puzzled & Frustrated by non-existent customer service

The following is an email I have just sent to whomever (if anybody) is at Casino Coins.

I am totally frustrated at the appaling LOW level of so called cutomer service new webmasters receive from some alliliate programs. Why bother to advertise and get new customers when you obviously don't want or need them.



Dear Sir or Madame,

I sent several simple requests to you on the 14th of this month. It is now the 24th and my new revised website is now complete.....without your products since you failed to respond to my inquiries. As a former Mack Truck Dealership owner and professional racing mechanic, I am amazed at just how many affiliate sponsor programs are run in a slip shod give a **** manner. (Yours included) Why do you spend money to join and advertise on places like the GPWA and then totally ignore your new affiliate webmasters requests for simple information.

You are either totally incompetent or making so much money from your other affiliates that new ones obviously just don't matter anymore. I can't even determine if you take USA customers or not. Therefore you have been excluded from my newest website.

Congratulations, your customer service is not poor...it is simply non-existent.

Not sure why Casino Coins is non-responsive to affiliates, old and new. But you may want to take a look at their forum, if you haven't already.
