Spam for Club USA, Aladdins Gold and Lock Casino

I recieved a spam mailer from myjackpotcasinos_net today.
The affiliate links are:

I have never signed up for any kind of newsletter or other mailings from this group, and have never given permission for them to add me to a subscription list, but according to the mailing I am on a subscribers list unless I ask them to stop....

Based upon the header, it appears it was mailed from xxmail.myjackpotcasinos.net

Could the appropriate affiliate managers take care of this please?

I never though it came from you Martyn, since I know you guys don't mail in this manner....and certainly would not use spam and then promote a competitor in the same email....LOL
