Guru Revenue not paying affiliates

It appears for several months now affiliates are not being paid!! Be careful peeps.

Also noticed this term in the T and C's

9.4 If you do not deliver one (1) new customer registration within a period of three months (billed months) we may terminate this agreement immediately by delivery of written notice to you.

So a quota has been put back in the terms from last time as I recall.

Indeed best to be safe since no one can get affiliates paid from them. Even INCOME ACCESS cant do a thing nor GPWA. Obvious they are going under.

Guru owe us quite a large amount of money and I'm pretty sure we'll never see it.

They have a dispute with their white label operator for owed funds and it looks like it may be going to court, staff starting to be let go, investors pulling etc.

A real shame as they showed promise. I'll never hesitate to work with the people behind the program again, they where excellent, just a shame that the upper levels of management couldn't back that up.

Yeah it seems awfully fishy the relationship between GuruRevenue, Smartlive, Income Access. Hard to tell where the rot is coming from.
As far as I am concerned they all smell of decay.

I doubt Income Access is anything to do with the situation, all they do is provide Guru with the technical capability to run an affiliate program - they don't get involved in business matters, payments etc. whatsoever with them.

I just wanted to tell my story also. I was quiet till now, but no more. I am their affiliate and everything was fine and on time until it was time for july payment. And I got nothing since then. To sum things they owe me payments for july, august and september. In few days I will be able to add october payment to that list too.

Not only that, I have reffered to gururevenue one of my friends who decided to work as an offline marketer because he was really active at live poker games and he knew lot of players. He was doing amazing job and brought them coulpe of amazing players. They owe him august and september payments. He told me that when he asked about payments they were always mentioning some transactions, change of ownership or other stuff. And thing that he was mad about was that bonus costs were not automaticaly calculated like in other Income Acess programs (genting affiliates) but they were manualy subtracted at the end of the month. It was all fine and understandable until he saw mistakes in their calculations (you earn money in pounds, but players were playing in dollars. Problem was that they calculated costs in pounds and not in dollars so now for example 500$ of player costs were 500 pounds in their calculations. The difference is huge!! )

That mistake cost him money and they admitted mistake but he still didnt recieve it nor affiliate bonus they promised as registration promotion no matter how many times he asked them about it. They were always like, oh we forgot to put it in this month payment, we are sorry but we will put it in the next... Well he never got it.

It would be nice if someone who has more information about current situation update us.

This all ties into the White Label - I believe Smart Live Gaming and Income Acess and GURU shananigans. I went through the same thing with a player who deposited around 20, 000 USD -- or like 12,000 GBP - after a month he self excluded! Yeah ok!!

Just axe them its another Income Access Partner who is abusing the software and manipulating data.

In Germany, a managing director is fully responsible for the company.
No matter what type of company.
He is fully responsible for the (old) Grand Duke.

GP or Henrik wasn't responsible for the Grand Duke issues, they where years ago.

Not too long ago (before the Guruplay and SLC had their fall out) Guru purchased the old brand and where going to launch an attempt to revive it.

Heard about this a long while back from a reliable source while the deal was being negotiated, so I personally believe it to be true (But I still hate Guruplay!)

Henrik Piski started working for Grand Duke in May 2012 ( It was grand duke reactivation) and soon they stooped working. When Grand Duke died, he found next "top" company.
It looks that he is experienced in finishing gambling brands.
