I used to be on CPA with Pokerstars but they forced me to switch to rev share along with many of their affiliates that were bringing good volumes of players every month. There are a couple of affiliates I have heard that you can sign-up under, but unless you know them well this can be a dangerous route as they could screw you over. Just be careful with who tells you they will give you a big CPA as I think it is very difficult to find, if possible.
