No, you should be okay, don't worry about it, since they are both in different languages and are not considered as duplicate content as long as you change a number of the words around for similar words.

But if one copied it off the other without permission it's still Plagiarism (even if it's translated).
Is the question about plagarism or duplicate content ?

Same Content -> different languages = duplicate content
