Hi- Looking for a bit of help- after reading the seo for dummies book I signed up to the above service.

My password doesn't work and despite submitting two help requests and two requested for another password I have heard zip.(Saturday so don't think I am being unreasonable)

I know its 4th July in the good usa so has everyone over there gone on holiday for a week???

If anyone knows how to get in contact with this company (long shot I know!) it would be appreacited as the number listed is a us only toll free number. Even a standard email address would be helpful.

Hopefully this will also serve a s warning to other people considering using them not to as their customer service is crap!

thanks great tool and obviously will need a bit of getting used to the functionality given up on seo tools and will be reporting them to my credit card company in the morning. terrible service and no excuse for non reply of queries after 4 days.

Seo Tools? Not heard of it?

Web CEO is good, so is IBP. I use IBP.

Just be careful when you use the rank checker tool not to do it too fast or over too many pages (otherwise google will think requests coming from your computer are spammy).

use a load of proxies and turn the speed up to 100% baby

MarketSamurai is a good alternative.

MS is good but REALLY buggy, crashes, freezes and it sure hates it when you try to do KW research and ranking checks for 20k keywords at once. Definitely not good enough for enterprise SEO imo.. good bang for your buck though.
