Default please can i get reviews?

    https://slotsay.com/
    Hi everyone,
I'm a complete newbie and recently launched my review site: Honestly, the whole process of approaching operators and negotiating RevShare deals feels incredibly overwhelming right now.
I’d deeply appreciate any frank feedback from the veterans here. A few quick questions:

    • need Dummy casinos before approval? My site feels a bit empty right now. Should I put up reviews/banners for popular casinos even without an affiliate link yet? I'm worried operators will reject a vacant site.
    • Approaching operators: How should a beginner like me approach them for decent RevShare deals? What should I prepare beforehand so I don't look completely clueless?
    • Reference sites: Any good benchmark websites I should study for layout and content inspiration?
    • Brutally honest feedback: What is the most critical issue you see on slotsay.com right now? (Design, SEO, content, mobile, etc.) Please tear it apart!

Thank you so much for your guidance!

    Welcome to GPWA!

I think you've made a solid start. The design is clean and it's easy to navigate, which already puts you ahead of a lot of new affiliate sites.
A few suggestions from someone on the affiliate programme side:

    • Don't wait until you're approved by programmes before publishing reviews. Most operators actually prefer seeing a site with useful content rather than an empty shell.
    • Focus on writing genuinely helpful reviews instead of trying to list every casino immediately. Ten excellent reviews will usually outperform 100 thin pages.
    • Make sure every review explains why you've ranked a casino where it is. Original opinions are becoming much more valuable than generic AI-written content.
    • Reach out to affiliate managers early. Introduce yourself, explain your plans and ask for media packs or exclusive offers. Building relationships is just as important as building traffic.
    • Keep adding fresh content consistently. Most operators understand that new sites take time to grow - they're usually looking for commitment as much as current traffic.

Overall, I think you're heading in the right direction. Good luck with the project, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the site develops.
One additional point I'd seriously consider mentioning, after looking at the screenshots:
I'd also recommend adding an About Us, Contact, and Editorial/Review Methodology page. They help build trust with both visitors and affiliate managers, especially for a new review site.

Add quality content. The news section is a good idea but you are adding external contextual links instead of building internal contextual links. Not a good strategy. I hope you are not scraping content from other sites for the news section which would hurt SEO instead of improving SEO.

You don't need to get approved for casino operator's affiliate program to publish reviews or content related to that brand. Brand related keywords are among the keywords that has low SEO difficulty over the generic casino related keywords and you should be smart enough to funnel that traffic to the casino affiliate programs that you are already working with.

If you don't have stable traffic to your site, approaching casino affiliate programs won't give you any advantage as you don't have any negotiation leverage which means you will be rejected by the big brands while some online casinos accept you but with default commissions. Therefore, picking few casinos that accept affiliates with fresh sites would be the ideal option until your site grows and get stable traffic.

Therefore, focus on building quality content, good internal linking, add more EEAT signals first. Once you have a quality site, you will get traffic and gain the negotiation leverage. But it takes time and you need patience.

    Good luck

U are focusing on sweepstakes casinos because this niche still has potential to grow, but I would spend some time improving the trust side of the site. The first thing I noticed is that the branding feels a little inconsistent, so I’d make sure the domain, logo, footer, and about information all match.
For the reviews, I’d try to add more original research instead of just bonus details. Things like testing signup flow, explaining the rules behind Sweeps Coins, redemption process, restrictions, and who each casino is actually best for would make the content much stronger.
