I personally think too much advertising compared to a lack of text information on the home page but the review pages that I viewed seemed detailed and well laid out with calls to action in a few places, so I think the home page needs tweaked to hold the visitor's attention better.

This is spot on for a Japanese site, different strokes for different folks but this is how japanese sites convert, big bright lights and cartoons

Here are my 20 cents :

- site is pretty good and informative.

= from the European eye - it is too colourful but I will make a positive impact : it is like you are in casino, pachinko room or Honk KOng casino. Good job, you have implemented pretty good idea.

- maybe you should split the whole animation and flashing banners on different pages , not focused only on the main one.

- your reviews about paymet methods : EcoPayz and Bitcoin are really good.

Keep up the awesome job done by far !

Your site looks quite good. You've also got nice colours and they match your banners. You've put a lot of effort throughout the different sections of your site and hopefully this all pays off for you. Well done.

As far as my limited knowledge goes on what works in Japan then I think this is a really nice site. I agree with others this is too heavy for the European market but it is good that you are making the site fit for your market rather than just following a general template.

I do think some more text on your home page would be good, to help you rank if for nothing else.

I totally agree. Only have to take a look at popular Japanese sites to see a similar format.

Obviously this design/layout/presentation wouldn't work for the Eng/EU markets, but... The OP is not targeting those markets. Instead, this site is specifically for the Japanese market...

IMO for that market, it is spot on, and should do well.

As I know Japanese players really like animation, huge images interactive elements and so on. So great job over here. But I thinks you need to work with URLs and SEO as now it couldn't help you to be it top.

The web-site is made in typical for Japan super-bright style. I think it may be pretty interesting for the players.
Also payments section has really good conversion, that is a good idea.

As the above poster says, it is eye catching and if I understood what it said I would likely want to read it. It is also (to me) quite unique and different to any gambling portal I have seen before. The homepage image (cartoon or otherwise) is a little OTT in my opinion but... that is just me, and maybe your target market (whoever they are) like that. It is just my feedback.

Japanese people seem to love this 'in your face' style of portal. I must say that I found it a bit much my taste but having said that the main hero banner is the best most eye-popping banner I have ever seen and I absolutely love it.
