    Default Looking For An Established Site To Buy That Will Pass Google Quality Guidelines

    Hi. I got a penalty for my site. Although I corrected everything, google still says it violates their guidelines.

    I decided to buy a site that can pass google quality guidelines.

    My budget is $500. Payments via paypal.

    Just site and content need to be quality. No need to trafic, earnings, rankings,etc.
