Has anyone had any issues following the migration of Jackpot Capital and other brands under Affiliate Capital?
Links working? Stats?
Always have a problem signing in?
Does anyone have a contact please?
Thanks

I received an email about this a couple weeks ago.
You have to use your username (registered email address) and your password from your Slotastic Affiliates account to login. But before you can do that, you have to reset the password in order to login. It's all in the email they sent out.
I've got no issues with the migration, but I now have to update the old trackers with new ones that they've got.
You're correct, Rick. They've combined Grande Vegas Affiliates, Jackpot Capital and Slotastic Casino all under the same program of Affiliate Capital.

Not just slotastic, but also this is pertinent for those who had the old Jackpot Capital accounts from way back and also those who had possibly dealt with GrandeVegas on their older standard rtg systems.
I have not had the chance to create new links yet, but will try and make a point to do so.
I had trouble signing in originally, but did a password reset and could get in fine after that.
I saw that the two accounts I previously had with the Jackpot Capital and Grande Vegas show my correct name on the drop down's GV_xxx and JC_xxx respectively
I see about 16 or 17 trackers had been migrated. (aggregate total between the two accounts)
I had not done anything with them for a very long time but pm me a few links if you want to do any click tracking verification.

Be careful if you had multiple accounts migrated into the one system. This is hard to explain clearly so bear with me.
At the top of the page there is a selection box where you pick which migrated account you are looking at and therefore which account the links will track to. The problem is that you can get links to all three casinos for each of the accounts you choose from at the top of the page. So we started tracking using the new links handily listed on the home page and did not realise that the clicks for all three casinos were being tracked to one account (Grande Vegas).
So if you want to keep tracking to the separate accounts like you did before, you need to change the account at the top of the page and only pick a link for the matching casino, not the others.
Thanks everyone for the help. Gradually making some progress. Still having a problem logging in each time and having to reset password. Hopefully their support will be able to help.
