What is your average Visit to FTD (First Time Depositor) Ratio?

A couple days ago GPWA member voitolla made the following post: Organic traffic - what's the average Visit to FTD ratio?

I decided this was an interesting general question, enough so that I wanted to use is for this week's featured poll.

Besides voting in the poll, be sure to share your opinions about variation between programs and how you have seen ratios change over time, either in this thread, or in the thread started by voitilla.

And, to be crystal clear, the ratio the poll is asking about is the ratio of visits to your affiliate site compared with the subsequent number of First Time Depositors on operator sites. So the ratio needs to factor in the fact that only some visitors to an affiliate sitel go onto visit an operator site, and that only some visitors that go onto an operator site will actually register on the operator site, and then only some of those that register make actual deposits, and not all of those players that make deposits will make deposits into a newly established account. So, there are a few steps in the funnel from being an affiliate site visitor to being an actual first time depositing player at an operator site.

Obviously there are a number of factors that come into play, which can hugely affect this ratio. I don't promote a heap of casinos, hence, only work with programs who I know can, and will, convert my traffic. I answered 10% or better, though, that figure is much higher. EG - My best signups to FTD's at one particular program is quite high, that average out around 35%. Which is 100% organic traffic.

Dave, I have to apologize that my poll question was not completely clear as first written. I added an additional paragraph to make it clear the ration the poll is about the ratio of visitors to your affiliate site compared with eventual first time depositors at an operator site, which will be a much lower number than the ratio of visitors sent to an operator site compared with first time depositors.

If that changes your answer, which I expect it will, just send me a pm and I will see about updating your vote in the poll.
