It's nice to see you offering the games to be embedded into sites.

May I ask, are there any ip restrictions?

In other words, if I embed a game into a page and get a US Visitor 9or other dis-allowed country), will they still be able to play the game, or will the ip be disabled from game play?

    Hi Rick,

No, there are no IP restrictions. However after a certain amount of time the user will see a pop up with a CTA to register and if a US player registers they will automatically be banned - although if you'd like to use the games I'd be more than happy to give you the games without the pop up so users can still "play for free".

    Kind regards,
    Elaine

OK, that sounds reasonable, except I want to be sure I understand about the banning. You mean the player will only be banned from the casino right? Not their ip correct?

Obviously since they can not legally play at the casino this makes sense, but why isn't an ip check done before they complete the registration and they get a popup or something telling them they can't register?

    Hi Rick,

Yes you are correct – the player will only be banned from the Casino not from playing the free games based on IP. With regards to your question re IP checking. We state in our T & C’s what countries are restricted and also we do not have these countries in our registration drop down menu. If a player from say USA tries to register using another country, the registration will fail. I do see what you mean re pop ups and in an ideal world we would implement this, however, at present our traffic is from Scandinavian and German markets on the whole. You have brought up a valid point for the future though and his is something that we will be discussing with our DevOps team.

    Thanks

    Elaine
