i'm a bit confused because i was just on different versions with 888Tiger


a version where you can change the language (maybe old version?) and now the instant play version only in english

Hey Connie,
would recommend to work on the german wording... There is a inconsistency with Du and Sie (Dein/Ihre), the currency sign should follow the numbers, and "Mit Ihre erste Purchase" is google translate. Pretty sure a better localised landing page will boost the conversion since that current page doesnt look trustworthy imho.

And if your most important page lacks of any quality, the rest of the German website does too.

From my experience - i v been working in the fields of iGaming content and CRM for more than 10 years - for you as an operator, unless you have an inhouse solution, a good way to go for is a professional agency such as for instance Translation Royale, all in Translation or - if you want it cheaper - GTH Translations (made personally quite good experiences with them). Best is obviously to find a skilled and experienced free lancer who understands your brand identity and brand mission.

I have also noticed and wanted to write already about the wording german-english but the problem was the different versions. On the first version i have seen the german translation was well done.

It would be good to change the last sentence on the german landingpage into: "AUF IHRE ERSTE EINZAHLUNG" or "MIT IHRER ERSTEN EINZAHLUNG"

But there is another detail to discuss about. The payment structure and the maximum cashout per day and week. This is more important for customers as the language. And this structure isn't very good in your group.

Who likes to wait 2-7 business days for the cashout? That's 1 and half week and in today's time not more acceptable. These pending times was already used from all Rival Casinos in the past and at this time they were already not good.

On the first impression i was interested but after reading more about the conditions i'm a bit reserved.

You should give more attention to these things because there are casinos where proceed pay outs after customers verifications within minutes to hours. That's what casino players like.

Personally i like the Rival games but the payment conditions are the worst in this business.

you haven't answered my statements because i was on the old version yesterday how stated.

Within 2 hours the version has changed and i was on the new flash version without possibillity to change the language. Do you promote now on the german market or not ? If yes, you should have a german version. On the old version it was nearly perfect translated.

I'm still no partner at this time so i don't have any informations about your e-mails you sent out.

It would be also kind of you if you can try to comment the other statements from CASINOFM and me.

Your structure, your alignment, your intention, your statements, your conditions, your transparency and your customer friendliness. All this depends on whether an affiliate is interested to register or not so it will be important to answer and to explain.

I've investigated further about your experience with the old German version.
That version was still on until today (this morning EST time). Now, it is reflecting the new 888Tiger Casino - German Landing Page.

The possibility to change languages from the 888Tiger Casino home page on the new version is not available. It will be in the coming future like we have with Superior Casino (7 languages) and 24VIP Casino (2 languages).
