Twitter now just a waste of time

I'm finding twitter to now me a full waste of time when it comes to seo or anything related to my sites. The only people who sign up for it are other sites and affiliate programs trying to push their programs on you while other affiliates follow so they can see what your up to so they can update their own sites. I have about 300 followers and maybe one of those is a website player.

Lesson is that once again another great tool has become almost useless thanks to online gambling affiliates and programs.

I did the same thing with an NFL football pool and all I received was spam from other promoters.

When promoting LuckyLiveCasino, we are using twitter to help generate some buzz. We place special offers like "Free €50 to the first one who emails us at .."
It gives players a way to relate and interact with the brand.

Now, you could try the same thing. Develope a mailing list through time, and invite the players and players from your site to follow your twitter feed.

Then make a deal with some affiliate programs to give away free chips to your players. Post offers and relay the offers to your program. You can also apply the same to your facebook fan page.

I for one, would certainly hand out free chips to your twitter followers. If your interested please contact me. (Anyone else for than matter too).
