Superbook.com email about failed deposit - never been there

Got this email today from superbook.com, I have never played or tried to deposit there ever. i did sign up as an affiliate along time ago but did not promote them after some negative research. Anybody else get a weird email from them?

This is likely an affiliate using a nasty way to get you to go sign up at the book and use his affiliate link.

I am not sure if the bonus code is a unique one or not.
