I used to use Bovada for sports betting matchups and team pages.
They offered something like what americaslines has but for free as an affiliate.
Do you know of any other sportsbook that offers it for free to its affiliates?

The sites are US focused and I would like to everything on the site eligible for US players.

Nitrogensports was and I believe still is Pinnacle -1cent lines. So where Pinnacle has -105, Nitro has -106 in 99% of cases.
It might help you, idk. My impression, but that is really just impression is, that people behind Nitro and Pinnacle are connected. After all Pinnacle now offers whitelabels.
