when is the date commissionking payout the affiliates commission ?

I've been promoting canbet for some time now.
Normally when they pay the commission to their affiliates member ?
Because I have see on my canbet affiliates system, it show the October payment issued, but my moneybookers still no receive the money.
Schalk van der Sandt, this guy is no longer with commissionking.
Can anyone tell me when they will pay the commission?

I'm not sure when they pay, but just to confirm that Schalk has not been working for them since the end of last year.
