Be sure the theme you get contains the ORIGINAL copyright from the original theme developer, if in fact an edited version of a copyrighted theme.

Are the color schemes and such changed in css pretty easy in your example?

Do you use a bare minimum number of plug-ins to accomplish this (or maybe even none) ?

It went through three big upgrade times to achieve current look and functions. The color is easy, though there is more things inside. For example, you can pick a custom header picture for each post

Since the theme used is a previously licensed theme by a different developer, the license can not be resold and would need to carry the copyright of the original license holder/developer. Anything less would be an infringement of the original license.

Why this kind of copyright infringing services can be advertised here?

Some people spend resources to have a nice website and it's always annoying if people rip it. No matter if it's about the design or about content.

It should be ok to use a GPL licensed theme and charge a person for editing and development work to make the theme look and feel like they want etc...changing artwork, adding or removing images, changing layouts or styles, as long as the original license is intact and not changed, and no additional license is implied.

In that case the theme is not being sold, but the development work.
