We have been working with XmarkAffiliates since 2024. They always paid late but paid.

It is April 2026 and we haven't been paid since October 2025 for October, November, December and January 2026.
Every month we asked them to approve numbers for payment and they did.
Every new campaign we pre-approved our cap and deal with them.
They approved numbers and promised us we will be paid.
Even an email was sent by their system approving our earnings.
We deliberately asked for feedback on our campaigns - but didn't get it.

Since October the sum has accumulated significantly. Then in February, after this whole period, suddenly when it is time to get paid, their finance departments audits the traffic and comes back to us with a proposition to pay around 10% of the approved numbers.

Such behaviour is not acceptable. XmarkAffiliates approved numbers for such a long time, They didn't provide any feedback about the quality and approved our performance for payment, and long after they have approved our payment, after we have already paid our sources when it was time to pay it, They don't want to pay 90% of it because of low value. This is preposterous!

We are filing a case to sue them and are looking for more affiliates that haven't been paid.
