    Default Sponsored Comments

    Hi,

I ran across this advertising platform 'TalkAhead' that allows you to create sponsored comments. It looks like a great way to build back links, but I wonder if Google will pick those up. At the same time, maybe I can use them to generate some extra revenue with my websites.

    Anyone familiar with it?

I took this from the site:

Full control. Choose your billing model: CPM, flat rate or bid. Select the number of Sponsored Comments per article, and whether those comments can include a link to another site. Set unique parameters for each section of your site (channels)
Sounds like you pay per impression or by click which would imply that the sponsored comment could vary each time the page loads (eg: if your budget has maxed out they can't keep showing your ad). Would the comment get indexed by google? If not then it would have no SEO value, but you might get some direct traffic.

Had a quick search and found a similar program that has bloggers write an entry about your site, which would have a permanent link to your site within it. You can probably also specify the link text. The blurb on the website puts the price at $20/blog or $4 - $50 depending on what package you choose.

I'm not endorsing the site and I've never used it, but it seems to be what you're looking for. I might give these kind of things a try once my sites are up and running.

I am a blogger with Blogvertise, PayPerPost, ReviewMe and Sponsored reviews.
If you want your links included in posts you have to sign-up and bid for each particular blog (depending on PR and link juice). You can pay between $10 to $200 dollars for each post. You can "demand" dofollow links and that is normally a minimum requirement
Yes you could gain ten links a day, but it will cost you!
I can think of cheaper ways to get links (see my signature!) but some people swear by links inside posts as being extra google-friendly.

Sorry, the post is about "sponsored comments". Google has declared war on "comment spam" so check what you are getting very carefully!
