BIOGRAPHY
This webmaster has been expelled from the Gambling Portal Webmasters Association for disreputable business practices. Before the January 2007 Neteller decision to withdraw from the U.S. market there was a problem that Neteller's deposit limit was too low. To help people get more money into their Neteller account members here would do Neteller/PayPal trades with an agreement that one person would transfer Neteller funds into some else's account in exchange for that amount plus a small amount (to cover the fees and time involved) paid to the other person's PayPal account. Nathan Shaw (simpson975) requested a trade of this sort and a fellow member agreed to help out. The fellow member deposited $420 into Nathan's Neteller account but Nathan never made the agreed-up $460 deposit into the member's PayPal account. This was brought to the attention of the GPWA in August 2006 when the member's attempts to contact Nathan were not returned. Nathan then regained contact about the issue and agreed on a timeframe to pay the money. Nathan then did not follow up to pay the money, and again went out of contact. The member's continued attempts to contact Nathan without success, and contacted the GPWA for follow-up. After repeated unreturned attempts by GPWA management to contact Nathan, expulsion proceedings were held.
