    Default 10% revshare

Got my revshare lowered to 10% after 7-8 years, noticed just now... I started to work on my sites again a month ago or so. What's the plan here guys?! What's going on here??!?! What BS is this? I mean, you can keep all these players now! Seriously. I had a huge negative account for several years there and I kept all your sites in top positions to get this minus sorted. We are done. Get bent! Scorched earth, 'Gold Affiliate Program Sponsor'

This whole setup is wild. We’re doing all the work, fronting actual money to get you players, taking the risk... and somehow we’re still the ones getting screwed. Not once, not twice, but repeatedly. At that point it’s less about money and more about how much nonsense you’re willing to tolerate. How do I explain to my kids “Daddy can’t buy presents this year because he trusted a Curaçao-licensed offshore bookie to act like a legitimate business”?

Also what’s the point of these “associations”? Serious question. Lots of big titles, clean branding, and somehow zero pressure on anyone. “Gold Sponsor” is no doubt a sticker you get for participation.

    Hey sportsbookh,

I can see you're frustrated with our 10% commission policy.

We applied it to your account as your traffic has fallen off over the last 2 years.

It might be best to discuss directly with your Account Manager.

It is company policy if you haven't referred 10 FTDs in a rolling 6-month period your account RS could be reduced to 10%.

If you feel this is done in error or you can do something to increase exposure we can work with you on increasing your rate again.

Many affiliates abandon their obligations to continue to promote and work with the affiliate programs they signed up with.
It's a 2-way street and sometimes circumstances change.

If you wish to discuss in further detail contact us by email at affiliates@webpartners.co

Was this in writing when the Affiliate created the account is the question, or was this added after the agreement was created?

Hey, LowFlyingBird, buddy... Are you serious?!?! There is no need for this obnoxious tone with me. Time to come down from your high horse, this is ridiculous. Everyone here can see what you are doing. I already told you, feel free to take my 130 (used to be a lot more but they keep disappearing for some reason!) players and choke on them. You stole them. You are actively stealing money from my family and from my kids. Drop the attitude. I won't be discussing anything else with you. Wait... actually, don't choke on them yet - YOU ARE welcome to buy all my players. As I wrote to the affiliate manager, let's finalize this divorce.

I’ve never attended one of these conferences before, but I might just go out of sheer spite to see your little box. 'YOUR AFFILIATE DUTIES'... what a joke. ROFL.

    Hi sportsbookh,

This matter has been reviewed internally, and our position remains unchanged.

The adjustment applied to your account is the result of sustained low traffic levels over an extended period, during which revenue continued to be generated without prior changes to your plan. As a business, we are required to align commission structures with ongoing performance, as outlined in our terms.

We’ve also made efforts in the past to be flexible and supportive when needed, and we approach all partner relationships in that spirit.

We do not buy player datasets or enter into buyout arrangements.

Your account remains active, and your previous commission level can be reconsidered if the required activity thresholds are met.

We consider this matter addressed from our side.

    Best regards,

    webpartners.co

So was the traffic requirement in the terms during the time this affiliate became an affiliate with you? Still awaiting the answer on that question please.

Hey, no idea when they sneaked this term in, maybe a couple of months ago? I created a ticket and their answer was basically the same. I've been sort of away, but not totally, since my players are still generating and I check in. There was no inactivity quota clause when I joined. If there had been, I never would've brought them players. So yeah, they pulled the classic 'retroactive F you' and deserve to be treated like it. Also where's WebPartners Jane? Jane was awesome. These new guys can... oh well.

You retroactively changed the terms and now I get 10% (NEG CARRY!) for lifetime of these players. That's how you value the work and effort I've put in for your brands. You won't be getting any new players from me or people in my network. I haven't done anything wrong, while at the same time you are actively stealing from me.

How do you expect to get treated from now on? And also, buddy, don't know how to tell you this... I DON'T WORK FOR YOU! And why are you even here? Who are you? Hey, GPWA, why is this guy here, commenting like this, spewing bs?! What's going on?

    Hi,

We’ve already addressed this directly with the affiliate and will continue doing so through our internal ticketing system.

For clarity, no new depositing players have been generated on this account for an extended period of time, which is what led to the adjustment in line with our standard terms and performance-based structure.

We have also declined multiple requests to purchase player accounts, both here and via direct communication, as this is not something we offer.

We appreciate GPWA for allowing us to clarify, but we won’t be engaging further on this matter publicly.

Lets get an official ticket response of the ext term and date of entry. Then you should get dates of your player registration, and if before the term we can go from there.

You still don't get it - you don't understand what the issue is! This is insane to me. You actually believe what you are saying there! You also wrote to me in the support ticket: "We understand your frustration, but we want to be clear that we are not acting outside of the agreement."

This is not how it works! I did not agree to '10% revshare, neg carry!' An agreement is when two parties come to a mutual understanding or decision about something! You don't get to have the last word while forcing retroactive terms like this (stealing from your affiliates).

I’ve been promoting several programs that have activity clauses. The difference is, they had those activity clauses when I joined them. I knew what I was signing up for. I never agreed to a retroactive bait-and-switch.

I’m just a small fry in 2026, meaning I’m basically nobody, but I think I’m ready to do a media tour because this platform / forum is holding back what I really want to say.

When we check their affiliate terms https://www.webpartners.co/terms-conditions/ using https://web.archive.org/ --- we can see the terms changed sometime between the 1st of July and the 1st of August 2025. Up to this time, their terms didn't have an inactivity quota.

Up until the 1st of July (starting from the very beginning), we can read this from their terms and conditions: ""The net revenue plan (25-35% net revenue) commissionable earnings will be earned for the life of the customer, on all transactions contributing to the affiliate’s monthly NGR, for as long as the affiliate remains a member of this affiliate program." -- https://web.archive.org/web/20250701195347/https://www.webpartners.co/terms-conditions/

When we check the 1st of August, this has been added to the terms and conditions: "4.12. In order to qualify for Revenue Share based on Net Revenue, all affiliates must generate a minimum of ten (10) Real Money Players within any rolling six-month period. If an affiliate fails to reach this threshold, their share of the revenue will be reduced to 10% of all applicable Net Revenue generated by their referred players. Should the affiliate subsequently meet or exceed the minimum requirement for Real Money Players, they will be moved to the original percentage of Net Revenue for any future earnings from those players, effective from the date of reinstatement. The affiliate will not receive retroactive percentages for any period prior to their reinstatement. For example, if an affiliate initially generates only eight Real Money Players in a six-month period, their revenue share will be adjusted to 10%. If they later exceed the ten-player threshold, they will then qualify for the full percentage on future earnings but will not receive increased percentages for the earlier months when they did not meet the requirement." -- https://web.archive.org/web/20250801194723/https://www.webpartners.co/terms-conditions/

As the guy from Webpartners said, I haven't created any new depositors in the last couple of years. I am now getting 10% (NEG CARRY, LET US NOT FORGET! ) for all the players I've brought them up to that time (all of them under old terms). This means WebPartners.co in 2026 is a perfect example of a PREDATORY AFFILIATE PROGRAM and should be treated as such.

Good to know this is not a program to promote.

The whole reduction of revshare is just a money-grab. It doesn't cost a program anything [when an affiliate does all the work to promote them]. Sad there are programs doing that these days, but if we all stick together and stop promoting them - then they can just go away or spend their own money to promote themselves instead for 100% the cost.

This is a gorgeous program that probably just need to adjust contracts to current world standards to survive.

Still i cant understand this bashing and blaming from the lazy asses "ohhhh after years i start to work on my sites bla bla ... " if you same time pushing other brands. You just decided to work with other while taking money of the unwanted sites.
