This is a gorgeous program that probably just need to adjust contracts to current world standards to survive.

I speak exactly about Webpartners in this case. No others. An "always payer", with friendly, responsive staff. A more than generous "big winner policy" and so on ...
And yes, unfortunately terms need to adjust ... iGaming is not a bubble.
Rental contract, lease contract, working contract ... all got adjusted overtime.
The only thing here is, you deal with an offshore juristriction who always have a "we can change what ever, when ever clause" by default in its T/C ...

This just baffles my mind. There's always some useful idiot who comes out and starts protecting the program. I personally haven't done anything wrong as an affiliate. They have! Yeah, I've lost my traffic and some of my sites, but that doesn't make it right to retroactively change the terms. That doesn't make them right stealing from me!

Why do you defend the program for screwing affiliates over? Why do you side with them instead? Should affiliates have just rolled over and taken it? I kind of understand why Webpartners did what they did. You... I don't understand. Trash attitude, trash view. Affiliates like these ⬆️ are actually the real problem.

Its a 6 months period. A half a year! NOT 60 days.

Did anyone actually receive an email from Webpartners last year notifying them of the new Terms and Conditions? One might assume a 'gorgeous program' (⬆️&#129396 would do the bare minimum for their affiliate 'partners.' I cannot find it anywhere. Seriously doubt it ended up in my spam folder. It seems pretty obvious they went rogue the exact same month the new affiliate manager, Henry, stepped in.

I apologize but page 2 had become disabled on desktop browser, (not sure of mobile was affected) so I had to move posts out or unapprove them one by one until I determined what had happened, it ended up being a paste in a post that had some html code that it didn't like, probably the body tag.

Quotas are nothing but theft! But they veil it as simply 'aligning with the market' or 'company policy', when they are aligning with whatever they want — they are the company, after all!

As you pointed out, who's to say where that number will be in a year or two? They've shown that they're not afraid to make retroactive changes to the terms, so why wouldn't that number go up or revenue go down to 5%, or even 0%? I guess you should trust the program not to do that when they have literally just betrayed you and do not adhere to their own terms.

There could be several legitimate reasons why someone might not reach that target. They won't be there to listen to your sob story; they'll just follow company policy. This may not affect a huge number of affiliates, but it's theft nonetheless.

It's disappointing to see some affiliates defending these practices.

Enzoo, you are correct in theory but missing a point, (in my opinion).

I agree, any program, can change the terms in any way they like. I never understood the fight with Fees - programs can implememnt any fees they like. BUT, and thats a big one, all those changes, in the "reality" you are speaking about, need to be done only going forward, and by that i mean only effect players brought from that day on, not the ones brought before.

In that real world, which is not the world of affiliate programs and affiliates, companies do not change and cannot change contracts on product that was already delivered. They will be taken to court the same second. Changing deal on player that was already delivered is same as paying half to the carpenter that just finished your house.

So yes, programs can change whatever they like, but for the new order which means new players. In return, i can choose to remove their links and send them nothing. And thats indeed just natural events in the business world.

And although i do agree with you on many things, if you dont see the difference between those two, i assume you will be shown in the future. Unfortunately, i am sure that even if you do see the difference, you (and I) will still go through that now or in the future

anyway, just my 2 cents (or 10% of them)
