Sounds similar to a certain group of bingo rooms years ago adding the % deposit bonus up for the 1st 3 deposits and claiming that was what they offered....LOL

3.3 If the Merchant requests any change to the Affiliate’s use and positioning of the Links from time to time, the Affiliate shall promptly comply with such request.

Meaning: the aff program can dictate where their marketing appears on an aff site. If the aff doesn't not comply with this order(s), I would guess the program would use a clause to terminate the affiliate account. Thus keeping referred players and future commissions.

6.8 The Merchant reserves the right to suspend the Affiliate’s activity and any entitlement to Commission in the event that the Affiliate fails to refer any new Players in any three (3) month period. Reinstatement will be at the Merchant’s sole discretion.

Meaning: they have player quotas. And will not pay commission if the min quota is not met. Even IF the affiliate has active depositing players. Aside from commission theft, the program can terminate the aff account thus stealing said future commissions, and any player referred.

6.10.4 <snip> the Merchant may withhold payment of Commission if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Affiliate has breached any term of this Agreement or has acted dishonestly.

It's amusing when a program writes such trashy, one-sided T&C's, then adds the word "dishonestly".

Not paying an affiliate's rightful commission on the excuse of a player quota, resembles what I, and most people would call, dishonest.

Personally, I'd be giving JumpmanAffiliates.co.uk, Jumpmangaming.com, and all their casino/bingo sites a BIG miss. These are:
