188bet Stats issue - possibly resolved by them

Not sure if anyone else got this, but thought i better get it out there in case it affects anyone else. I don't really send many players to 188bet, but the ones I do seem to be constantly winning and i'm almost always in negative carry over state! I think my players are using the sportsbook so won't be affected really and this shows by a small adjustment. But make sure you check your stats!

I think they have only had the casino a few months so just some teething issues probably.

We hope this email finds you well. We would like to let you know that in addition to your March commission payment you have received a manual bonus. You will be able to view this bonus in your payment report anytime after March payments have been generated on April 16th.

188BET has identified and corrected an inconsistency regarding their casino data. They identified a situation where for some players only their winning revenue was provided and not their losses; this resulted in some Casino commissions being understated.

This has been corrected and moving forward all Casino data will display correctly. As we mentioned, all outstanding Casino commissions reflecting the discrepancy will be added as a manual bonus to your March commission payment.

188BET fully understand the importance of accurate data and are constantly monitoring data to ensure that any inconsistencies will be rectified as quickly as possible. Daily data checks are in place to ensure the accuracy of all data.

Wow - that's a significant glitch ... but like you I did not ever see any casino play ...
No email received - so I guess we were not affected.

As suggested, you are correct in that only affiliates affected were notified via email that a manual bonus would correct their casino commissions. This also only affected affiliate commissions positively and only affected affiliates in the EU/UK affiliate program, not the Asian affiliate channel.

The Casino product was launched a several months ago and as the email outlines, after launching the casino, 188BET identified and corrected an inconsistency regarding their casino data.
